DOWNLOADING AUDIO FILES

Most modern internet browsers allow for direct interaction with FTP servers - These browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, IE 8+, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
The Premiere Networks FTP server can also be accessed using various FTP clients - Some examples are FileZilla, CuteFTP and WS FTP

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING WINDOWS EXPLORER TO ACQUIRE FILES
- 1. Open Windows Explorer by clicking on "My Computer", "My Documents", "My Network Places" or Start>Programs>Accessories>Windows Explorer.
- 2. Now type in ftp://ftp.engineering.premiereradio.com in the address bar
- 3. A login window will pop-up. Type in the username and password you were given and click Save Password in the lower part of the box then click Log On.
- 4. If a login window does not appear in the Menu Bar select File>Login As.
- 5. If this error pops up "An error occurred opening the folder on the FTP Server. Make sure you have permission to access this folder." clear the error and repeat above step.
- 6. Once you have saved your passwords they should be available in the drop down menu on the login page.
- 7. Locate the folder that corresponds to the show you wish to download. Right click on the folder, select Open or Double-click on the folder to open it.
- 8. Highlight the folder/files that you want to download. Then right-click the folder/files and select copy to folder.
- 9. Select the folder on you computer where you wish to download to, click OK.
